Albert is a senior employment and litigation lawyer with over 30 years of experience. In his legal career, Albert has appeared before various courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court and the Superior Court of Justice. A number of his cases have been reported in various legal publications, including the Ontario Reports.

Albert’s Practice Includes

• Wrongful dismissal litigation
• Fiduciary duty litigation
• Human rights applications
• Reviewing and negotiating termination packages

Although Albert is prepared to litigate where necessary, his approach focuses on developing strategies for his clients, conflict resolution and negotiating settlements.

Albert is an avid music enthusiast and sports fan. He enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Luca.
