Respect in the Workplace Training

Empower your team with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace harassment (including sexual harassment), bullying, violence, and discrimination. This session also provides a deeper understanding of the impact of these issues on individuals and the workplace, with a focus on:

  • fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
  • reducing absenteeism, illness, and employee turnover
  • promoting psychological safety in the workplace
  • understanding and ensuring compliance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (“OHSA”), and applicable workplace policies
